Anybody know? I know a four star is considered to be a D1 college impact player and five star is considered NFL pro level talent. I'm curious to know what Willis was ranked? He shows what hard work and focus can get you when you are all in. I remember watching his HS Rivals video and the one thing I recall was his work ethic. He had a lot of it! For Willis to be the best Big 12 defensive player speaks volumes to his hard work to beat out Big 12 four star and five star talent up for the same award.
