I think there needs to be a change in the roughing the kicker penalties on extra points. Yesterday UTSA injures our All-American kicker on an extra point attempt and there was no consequence. I don't understand why that penalty isn't enforced on the kickoff. What's the incentive for not running into the kicker on extra points? I plead ignorance and seek the help of rules experts here.
