could be better. When they overshift to the right side with a shortfielder in right it looks like he should be the guy with the strongest arm. Throwing from short right I would put cuthbert there. Mondesi near second , with Esky in his normal ss position. Why, both Esky and mondesi have more range for infield ground and fly balls. Then there is the question of where Hoz plays, I have noticed he has been letting more balls go between himself and the bag this year.
Watching the game on TV doesn`t lend itself to seeing the whole defense very well and it might just be the defense they are playing because the middle infielders seem to be playing behind second base a lot. maybe someone who is at a lot of games could clarify these comments.
