I have a question about another call during the KU game. With about 6 minutes to go Stokes shot an airball and Stokes got the rebound as the shot clock expired. One ref called shot clock violation, while another called a foul. You could clearly read the lips of the ref say I have a foul before the shot cliock expired.
They go to the replay. Can they actually go to replay to see WHEN a foul occurred,? It looked to me that the foul actually started on the rebound before the shot clock hit 0 but Ervin's shot was after 0, but that aside even if they determine the foul occurred after the clock hit 0 why is it not still a foul. I never knew you were allowed to foul after a violation occurred and get away with it.
