This is not a comment in any way specifically about HCBW -- just a general question. Are there really potential recruits living under a rock somewhere who don't know that no matter what kind of contract any coach has he will be retained if successful and he can be fired at any time if he is not successful? Of course the only question is how the administration defines success, but that doesn't really effect my question.
