Settles have a RS?

If so I would consider it. This year we have a solid two deep of Britz/Geary and Hood/Seiwert. Next year you lose only Britz and have Settles, HoneyBear and Dishon joining the others. If he does not have RS obviously he is in the mix. And who knows he may be good enough to crack two deep even if he has a RS.
