When asked what regrets he had about the final offensive drive, Klieman says the play that bothers him was first down. Says if Howard would have kept it, there was a lot more there.

It’s odd that a head coach getting paid a $4 million salary continues to blame these losses on the performance of his players.

The media might want to start questioning him directly about HIS performance.

Here’s a few questions to start:

Situational game management. To close the first half, knowing Baylor gets the ball to the start the third - With the ball on inside Baylor’s 40 and his absurd decision to punt with 30 seconds instead of driving for points.

His adjustments or lack thereof that have led to abysmal 3rd quarter performances all season and have cost us two of the last four games with leads.

His inexplicable clock management and use of timeouts.

I realize Klieman thinks he’s Nick Saban because he won some FCS national titles in the Mo Valley but if he continues to throw his players under the bus he’s not even going to be field a team next year due to the attrition he’s causing.
