I think a lot of folks will be pleasantly surprised by Sam. When he hurt his knee in the middle of his senior season, he didn't pout and whine, but had the surgery and got right back on the sidelines as a virtual linebackers coach. Really sharp kid. It might take this season for all the pieces to come together for him mentally, but once that happens, he'll be the real deal.
