I am sure I have seen this on here before, but I wasn't paying attention then!
I have been using a Weber kettle grill to smoke for last couple of years and it worked well for the small servings I was smoking (25-40 pounds of boston butts), but I have outgrown it and I am looking at smokers that can do at least 100 pounds of Boston Butts at a time. I am starting to do parties of over 100 people now and mostly pulled pork. I will start doing some ribs, but mostly pulled pork.
I live in Minnesota, so whatever I get will need to be shipped or available in MN. I love the smokers that Yoder smokers put out, but they are about 1000+ more than i want to spend.
Offset vertical, vs bullet/horizontal, vs true vertical...Thoughts?
Thanks!
