FOIA request was answered in this manner. No new contract, but here's the explanation I was given:
"The contract technically does not expire because one year is added as each year is completed. However, we do need to work out new financial terms for the upcoming year(s). That has not been completed so we will continue to compensate Coach under the current terms."
