if the pic on front page of Bill doesn't scream retirement, I don't know what does. If he stays on then that man is in it for himself and Sean! I pity the man who doesn't want to retire and spend some time with his grandkids. I could be wrong, but I think we'd all be shocked what our recruiting could look like if we had a coach that put an emphasis on trying to battle talent with talent.
