WIth Snyders inevitable retirement looming and after watching Fleck on gameday today it reminded me of something that I've always thought was great but maybe not great long term planning on the AD's department. Fleck has Row the Boat all over his office and hallways. Is he really going to buy into Snyders 16 goals that are all over the new press box, hallway going onto the field, and probably 10 other places in around the football complex. Is whoever the new coach is going to want to change stuff up or will they embrace it or ignore it? I'm guessing if fleck is hired he's going to be putting up Oars all over the place with "Row the Boat" on them....
