here is what I see happening with change in coaches. Snyder has two good years in a row of very positive recuriting at the freshman level with multiple grey shirts. Very few joco players.
He will then feel comfortable handing over the reins to the next coach.
Number objective for Bill is to hand over a very good team to whomever his successor happens to be. Classic Snyder.
