So I'm bored. What college rule would you all change or get rid of?

I realize some rules apply both in college/NFL Mine would be:

Change: always thought the rule of the ball barely breaking the chalk of the goal line counting as a TD was lame. I'D like to see it be the entirety of the ball completely breaking the plane. Would make goal line situations more interesting.
