So just a quick question on Weber

I cannot speak for anyone but myself. Here it is.

IF Weber follows up this year with a slightly better, equal or worse record in 15/16 missing the tourney NCAA, NIT I would agree it is time to move on, part ways, say thank you, but we are going a different direction.
I would have no problem with this.

HOWEVER...

IF Weber was to follow up this season with a 22-25 win season, makes the NCAA tourney or makes the NIT, would you then be willing to say, Yes, we need to keep him for a couple of more years?

Seems like a fair question, nobody know what the future will bring and either scenario with a multiple of unlisted scenarios unmentioned could happen but based on these 2......WHAT DO YOU SAY?
