So Lets Say

that John Currie has decided that if he could get Brad Underwood he would fire Weber, if not then he would proceed to give Weber one more year. If so is there a way he could get contact with BU's agent to discuss without firing Weber? Could all that be done secretly so if it did not work out then Currie could keep Weber?

I am not saying yes/no I want Weber fired I just wanted to throw that out.
