A. Snyder has relinquished almost all scheming & play calling to coordinators to the point he has no control during the flow of games. In this scenario, he has become simply a figurehead for the program.
B. Snyder still has 100% control of all aspects inside the program. In this case, he's either lost it or no longer has the capacity to handle the load.
Of course, it's probably somewhere in the middle so for the sake of argument which do you think between the two choices above? I'm leaning towards A - the complete lack of imagination coupled with the sudden inability to make in-game adjustments tells me there is breakdown in communication between the staff (possibly a pissing match of egos) where no one is on the same page. Thoughts...
