First off thanks goes out to @lgwksu for leading us to this solution.
All you have to do now is hit the closed captioned "CC" button that is just to the left of the "fullscreen" and "settings" button within the video and a closed caption of pretty much the entire presser will be there including a lead up of whatever he's about to ask during the silence.
I will start doing this for every Klieman presser that has no audio for the questions after the transcript gets sent out from the SIDs. Appreciate the SIDs for giving this info and making this process pretty smooth. But they won't be in there right when the video is uploaded so you'll have to bear with us till we get a chance to add them in.
