Currie mentioned yesterday that he didn't have any experience as an A.D. & Schulz didn't have any experience as a UP before they got their jobs. This leads me to believe that when it does come time to replace Snyder, that he is not 100% sold on a coach with head coaching experience if the right coordinator becomes available.
Now we hear that Kill has been hired as an Associate A.D. & again this leads me to believe that he will help in the coaching search when it comes available. I think that Snyder would like this move because it gives him a little more trust in the guy that Currie hires.
