On Aug 7,2016 driver Bryan Clauson sustained life ending injuries while driving in the Belleville Midget Nationals. The accident happened in front of where I sat. After attending races in Belleville for over 60 years I had decided not to go this year because of what I saw. I'm glad I changed my mind as something special happened. Bryan's heart was back at the race beating in the chest of another man. Bryan was an organ donor and his recipient attended the race with Bryan's mother and sister. It was a special night.
