I think we can all agree NIL is subject to abuse, especially in recruitment. For you youngsters, there used to be a day when Pro draftee’s signed absolutely ridiculous contracts without ever playing a down of football “in the league”. Contracts that far outpaced proven pro players. Why not figure out a tiered system for NIL? No one, I mean no one should be allowed to shop deals while being initially recruited. It is just so inequitable in many ways! Prove your worth first should be the standard!
