I’ll start out by saying I don’t believe a spring season happens. I don’t believe the challenges that appear to be halting college football now will be reduced or eliminated by the spring. I hope I’m wrong. But I do wonder, how does a spring football season work?
1) do you play a full schedule?
2) do you play just conference games?
3) do you have a playoff?
4) bowl games?
5) does the next season start on time? Or do you push it back a little bit and hope to start on time in 2022?
6) what about basketball? Does basketball start at the same time as football or do they waiting until late spring?
7) Baseball go too or is baseball pretty much canceled?
8) how does tv scheduling work with all that going on plus MLB starting
I know there are some smart folks on this board that have thought this through and I’m curious what they think. I look forward to the political and virus debate that will be coming soon and I can only hope two jack wagons highjack this thread for their own personal pissing match.
