May be a stupid question but I'm curious. In the photos in this tweet there is water where they've dug up to install the field level wall. Is this the water table that I've seen people say prevent us from lowering the field or having natural grass? Or something related to all that PVC, which looks newly installed? Or it rained? Or from concrete work?
