- Takeaway from KU game? Concerns on defense, obviously. You can deal with Baker Mayfield throwing for 400+ yards, but not Conner Stanley and an offense that's not good.
-But, way game started, turnovers, dropped passes, and with Delton going down, game had upset written all over it. So, win and move on....that's the way I look at it.
-What do you expect Saturday at QB? Delton. Didn't look like that extreme of a hit. I do think Skylar will be more of a factor, though, going down the stretch.
-How will K-State slow down this high power offense when couldn't contain Conner Stanley? Main thing is big plays. 400 yards is bad however you look at it, but if you go back, most those yards were in 2 or 3 big plays. And those were mainly communication problems...easily fixable. Take those away, passing yards would of been south of 300.
-Prediction? TT has the ability to pull away and make this ugly. But, I think K-State will muddy the game up just enough to pull out the win. K-State has won 4 of the last 5 by doing just that. In those games, TT marched up and down the field, but didn't really put the big numbers on the board. I'll go 38-37 K-State.
