-Big 12 starts Dec. 30th with 6 game win streak...with a couple of impressive victories, there's some momentum, right? Correct. They score the basketball so much better. It's important the young players have got the chance to get wins on the road. That was part of problem last couple years. They are going to have to find some wins on the road this year and now they have confidence.

-If they can get 11 wins from here on out, I think they will make tournament (any combination of league, at Tennessee, Big 12 tourney, etc.).
SSJ: I love DJ. Give me your thoughts? DJ is great guy. First class. Kind of guy you'd want your kids to hang around with. It's sad he's had to go through everything he's gone through, but now paying off. And it's great he's playing so well, because that allows him to be a team leader....and he's exactly the kind of leader you want for your team. Works so hard. He's fully healed and so athletic right now.
-SSJ: Give me your feel for where K-State is right now compared to Big 12. SW: I think K-State, realistically, is fighting for 4th place. That's their ceiling. But, there's a lot of other teams fighting for 4th as well. Likely finish is between 4th and 8th....and I'll say they'll finish 6th. But, I think they'll go toe to toe with everyone in league except maybe at KU. Again, going to have to find road wins.
-But, not much depth. Going to have to avoid injuries from here on out.
