first, it's early and we don't really know what we have this year. That said, the way the roster is built and what my eyes tell me from watching us play it feels like we would otherwise be primed to go on a 3-5 year run where we are good enough to be a player in the conference race and thereby also a playoff spot. We are faster than we have been in the last few years. The ingredients are there with good young talment and more depth than i can remember. The obvious difference from previous runs is that the architect likely wont be here much longer. If it happens after this season or next, the next coach should have a lot to work with.
