Looking at some of our new recruits such as Makol Mawien and Nigel Shadd it's scary to think what these guys will be with another 10-20 pounds or more of muscle on them. This begs the question are we seeing progress from our strength and conditioning in our basketball program. Jimmy Price has been here since 2012 but are we seeing results? I will concede that our players do seem in shape and can play extended minutes but I'm specifically talking about our 4's and 5's developing.
