Long story short, deal he had lined up (with a roommate) fell through at last minute. He now has to get out of his duplex.....and the rental market is up there is apparently pretty tight. He's having trouble locating something.
Only requirement......clean & decent area. He's recent college grad with modest starting salary, so of course he's looking for cheap. Clean, cheap, and nice area is a difficult combination.
He's OCATjr, so of course he's a great kid.
