Went there Fri evening for dinner. Initial impressions: impressive facility, seating for about 300 on three kevels. Main level ground floor has about 10 huge stainless brewing vats in the room. Noise level is rather high when full. Second level is a mezazine with fireplace. Quieter more intimate setting. Top level is an outdoor rooftop patio for about 75 with views of Poyntz and the flint hills. Prob best to be on top in spring and fall.
Food selection is pretty unique for Manhattan. I had the meatloaf sandwich which ex. They have great Mac and cheese options. Pizza was fair. Didn't try the entrees but they sound ex. It will be very busy. No elevator to upper floors
