I was just looking ahead and trying to determine if we were going to extend our bowl trip or come back the day after and go to the basketball game the 30th. It got me to thinking. Even though the students are out, I am guessing this will be a very packed crowd. In recent years, the game that week has always been fairly full with families who have difficulties going when school is in session because of their busy schedules. I know 3 families that always go to one game a year and it is the one that week.
This will be the first year that we have played a conference game that week. Tickets are pretty inexpensive. 10 day forecast looks like roads will be good. Team playing pretty well and only has 1 loss. Just about everybody who goes to the bowl game will be back in town. Game is on a Friday. Add up all of those factors and I expect it to be packed.
