That was one of the best articles I have ever read on here. All kinds of leadership examples in that article that most people just don't understand:
1) Thanking everyone who helps (including the people that take care of you at a hotel)
2) The necessity of setting standards and sticking to them with the example of loosening standards by General Meyers and its negative effect rather than positive effect.
3) The example of Snyder persevering through his own health issues to meet fans expectations and show them his appreciation for them
