You are finally starting to play some good baseball. If several of the supporting pieces of the bullpen would be better then there would be hope that you will be at .500 before the allstar break. who are they and what do they need to be able to do?
Strahm needs to throw strikes, his 97 mph isn`t very good 2 feet above the strike zone. In 14 innings he has walked 15 batters, Bad!
Wood needs to do more than occupy a roster spot.
As for the players, have you all been pleasantly surprised by how well Bonifacio is hitting not to mention his outfield play seems to get better every game?
On the other side of the coin, can mgt. send Soler to 3A and bring up someone who can contribute?
I forgot to mention how well Soria has been controlling the 8th inning and how Moylan has been a yeoman as a fireman despite an era of over 8:00. What do you guys see?
