We just have to play better in the third quarter.
It all starts with winning the coin toss. Our opponents win the coin toss, defer to the second half, get the ball in the 3rd quarter and dominate. The Wildcats are 1-6 in the last seven games at winning the coin toss. That's all on the coaches, they have to do a better job getting our guys prepared for this decision. I know that West Virginia will have the option to call heads or tails, but there has to be something we can do to help us win. Maybe Matt Walters can bump the ref and alter the toss. (Is the real toss in the lockerroom and recreated on the field?)
