Never said it was perfect, only an improvement from the decades before. Many (not all) of the issues are due to the compromises to the Right to pass the law.
The recent articles about the "cost of healthcare rising" have been entertaining, however, it was expected. Over time most costs increase do to inflation. There is a reason why many companies budget and process annual raises for their employees. Healthcare is no different. The encouraging news is the increase in healthcare costs as recently reported is not far off the annual inflation factor, and is MUCH less than the increases in the years prior to passage of PPACA. Given time, allow more Americans to be covered by health insurance, i.e. Medicaid and/or private insurance, the overall increase in cost for the U.S.A. to provide healthcare services to U.S. citizens will slow. This will be a great accomplishment.
