and that was a judgment call. They came out and said it should have been a charge. And if it was ruled a charge ISU wins. Last night's call would not have determined a winner, it would just determine someone didn't lose. How chickenshit can you be to not make a statement when the entire world knows what happened. Are they getting tired of having to explain the favoritism?
