Was thinking back and explored our ups and downs from the beginning of the Prince era and when Huggins came on board. 2006.
Football. 9 bowl games and 3 bowl wins over that span 9 is good, 3 is frustrating I think most would agree with this.
Basketball. 8 tourney appearances (I'm including this year, cause I think we make it) 2 NITs. 2 bad years. Not real sure of our tourney record during that time, and I know Bruce hasn't helped that much but we are probably around 500.
So 9/12 for bowl games. 8/12 for getting to March Madness. Not bad at all IMO. I'd be willing to bet we have small company in regards to this kind of success in both sports over this time period. Is this mediocre? I think it's above mediocre. If 5/10 is mediocre then I think this 12 year span is probably 6.5ish.
If we have another 12 year span like this Id really like to see some success in postseason play. Correct me on this info if I'm wrong guys. Not a bad 12 year period at all though IMO.
