Coaching staff knows this will be Snyder's final season. Staff is preoccupied with either a pending retirement or concern of landing a position for next season. All the while, Coach Snyder continues to turn more responsibilities over to Sean. This only further dividing their attention and focus (naturally) because they do not respect or view Sean the same as Coach Snyder.
