After watching last nights game, I was pleasantly surprised by the ease with which they beat the Sooners. Especially after coming off the heartbreaking loss on Saturday at KU. What a great effort by the entire team. The players were really focused and played well. Kudo's to them for that! Hopefully this gets them going on a nice run.
Here is what drives me nuts about Bruce Weber. He'll win a game like last night, but loses too many like the one at KU. So, it doesn't mean as much as it could have. How sweet would it be if we had beaten KU ( and they really could have ) and OU? It's too much shoulda coulda woulda...I really want this to change and start winning those close games.
Since, It looks like BW will be back next year, I hope this team figures some things out and finishes strongly! Diarra has been a good solid pick me up and should get better each time out.
