Hear me out I know most of you will rip me apart but they don't know how to play 40 straight. This OU team is not good at all probably will finish 8th or worse in Big 12 and we basically have up a 16 point lead in one half at home. Think about that for a second. If you were watching say Iowa St at home and OU did the same thing at Hilton you'd most likely recognize the issues.
I think this team still makes the NCAA but this team should be better then they are playing right now. I watch basketball at the highest level for a career and this team has some nice parts but until they have a killer us against the world mentality they won't be able to live up to their potential. That needs to come from the coach. They just need to be able to close.
None of this is to say they won't get there but at this point in time they don't have the mental toughness to play 40 straight.
