1. Don't think we subbed enough against Tech. Did some at DE, but Price seems to excell at rushing the passer and Siewart has speed. If we don't keep the DTs fresh it wears us down not only in this game but also over the course of the season.
Could also rotate Sutton in at WR to give a blow to the others. Tech subbed WRs almost every play to run fresh legs against our DBs. It would be great to keep our DBs fresh, but the dropoff in talent may not allow that.
Our strategy to wear down Tech late with the run worked, but I want to see Barnes with fresh legs get some totes in this situation (as well as Warmack going wide). Jones was completely gassed. Shouldn't have to play a player in that situation when we have capable backups.
2. To me, our running game looks much better with the QB under center. Lets the RB run downhill. With the QB in the gun, they tend to go sideways with the first step.
