Been trying to renew my men's season basketball tickets online since 8:30 a.m. today. Once again, the online system isn't working. So, I tried calling. Call went through until I hit "0" to talk to a rep. Then I got a recording telling me to call back during regular business hours, which started at, you guessed it, 8:30 a.m.
Tried calling the 800 number again, then got a "sorry the number your tried is busy." They can't even put your on hold it's so fracked up.
I thought the days of Carol Adolph and her No. 2 pencil were long gone...
