Tickets to Royals game - need advice

I am looking at taking my kids to the game on Saturday. The Royal's have an assortment of tickets available starting at $20 for SRO.
I can't spend $100 /ticket.

1) Are there plenty of tickets available at the stadium via scalpers? Are they priced reasonably?
2) How is the SRO? My kids are pre-teen...
3) StubHub has some Sec 429 for $35 and Sec 415 for $37.
4) Just get parking there?

Any help would be appreciated.
