1). Big 12 is the perennial under achiever of the tournament
2). KU winning 12 straight is far less impressive given the league's performance, Clear this streak would not happen in ANY other power 5 conference.
3). It reframes how bad a season we in reality had. We likely would have finished in the bottom of all power 5 conferences and middle of the MVC.
4). Brad Underwood can coach at a high level and his dominant record in a lower conference should not be discounted.
5). We are the third best Div I program in the State and its a distant third. Try to argue Wichita State isn't better than us. They flat are. That team plays defense like no other and for 40 minutes.
6! We have the third best Div I coach in the State and it isn't close.
7). The trajectory of our program going opposite direction of WSU/KU and neither has experienced the roster issues we have since Weber came on board.
8). Improvement next year and making tournament does not mean we are nationally relevant or will have success against tournament teams given weekness of this conference.

I've been all for giving Weber another year and play it out. The way this tournament is unfolding, I'm changing my opinion. He needs to go and we need to take opportunity to grab Underwood as this is our one and only shot we will have and how much will it suck to lose to him every year at OSU who will hire him if we don't. Weber had lackluster results in a lackluster league. He needs to be held accountable for it.
