In case you don't have access, here's the first paragraph:
Federal authorities have indicted a Kansas cattle buyer on fraud charges, Acting U.S. Attorney Tom Beall said in a news release.

Randall D. Patterson, 62, of Anthony, Kan., is charged with 14 counts of wire fraud related to buying and selling cattle at inflated prices. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000 on each fraud count.
