Was just scrolling through the scores on espn and came across this unexplainable score. UIC -67 and Northern Kentucky 27 with 6 minutes left. First of all, I know nothing about either team but the game is at NK and NK has an overall record of 19-7 and a league record of 11-3. UIC was 7-7 and 12-15. How does a team with such an inferior season thoroughly dominate a team at the top of the conference on their home court? As a retired math teacher and coach, this type of statistical mismatch often catches my attention.
