Just a heads up that that Rivals will be testing new login initiation code starting late Monday night/Tuesday morning. This will cause some of you to be logged out and may create a need for a new password. (Nine characters and at least one number.)
So if you need to check your password, now is the time to do so. There is a password reset link available on sign in pages (go to "account" by clicking your screen name in the upper right hand corner) and customer care is available via chat between 8 am and 5 pm CT by going to the Contact Us page at the footer of every page and following the proper links and flows.
