I was told last week that all the major gifts have already been secured for the new northeast corner of the Vanier Football Complex, and that section should be started immediately after the conclusion of this coming football season.
Apparently there were enough donors with major gifts that weren't a fit for the West Side Center and/or the Vanier Football Complex remaining, that were able to donate and meet all the financial goals of the athletic department, to start the project a lot sooner than expected.
