vet help

[saauly]

I had a question for you vets regarding my dog. I think she may be constipated, she tried hard to get something out first this morning but never saw anything drop. She hasn't tried to poop since. She's also ignoring all food, and treats. Other than that she acts just the same as always. Do I need to make a vet appointment? Or what should I do?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
