Pretty cool video. I think this video gives us a great insight into the new conditioning culture.
It really looks like the coaches are trying to make conditioning and the drills fun by making it a game/competition. And you also hear the "play for each other", "compete for each other" and the other mantras where Coach Kli wants the players to be the leaders and own the program, instead of Snyder's top down managerial approach.
