I have sold some tickets through Vivid Seats for the past couple football seasons and the option to post them as an "Instant Download" was always available. This year though when I go through the same process that option does not seem to exist and the tickets only show up as "E-mail Delivery" on Vivid Seats. I called the KSU ticket office to ask them if the process changes but they couldn't give me a clear answer. Does anyone know if the "Instant Download" option still exists for KSU football tickets on Vivid Seats?
